FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q.1: What is Bohemia?
A.1:
The term 'Bohemia' is an English and Latin equivalent to the word 'Czech'. It has most likely developed from the name of the Gallic tribes that occupied the current Czech territory in the later Iron Age - the Boii.
Q.2: Which one of your tours should we choose?
This, of course, depends on your preferences.
If you feel like seeing a lot of history while learning about some traditional Czech crafts like beer-brewing or glass-blowing, then the ROMANTIC MEDIEVIL DAY TOUR would be a smart option.
In case you prefer fantastic nature and some more recent history like the WWII, then we suggest the BOHEMIAN SAXON SWITZERLAND DAY TOUR instead.
Finally, if you wish to combine the best of the medievil Bohemian history and some natural wonders, the KARLŠTEJN CASTLE DAY TOUR is your favorite choice.

Q.3: How tedious is the hiking involved?
A.3:
Our tours are designed to be managable even for families with children. We always adjust the tour and its pace to the particular clients' needs as well. However, if you still would like to choose a more hiking-oriented option, our BOHEMIAN SAXON SWITZERLAND DAY TOUR should fullfil your wish. This tour can be done either in a hiking-focused or a sightseeing leisure pace.
Q.4: What do you serve for lunch, is it included and what else should we bring?
A.4:
We chose the best-rating restaurants in the respective regions to top your Bohemian experience. They all are our long-term partners and we proudly include them in our offer. The dishes selection always consists of the traditional Bohemian cusine as well as some modern international dishes.
The lunch as well as the first beverage are always included. You will also receive any desired amount of bottled water, a snack-pack and maybe a surprise at the end ;)
Always dress acording to the weather forecast. If you are unsure how to dress, do not hesitate to contact us. We generally advise to wear some comfortable walking/sport shoes.
Q.5: Where do we meet you in the morning?
A.5:
All our tours begin with a morning Prague hotel pickup. The tour guide will be awaiting you at your hotel's reception or in front of your apartment. We will let you know the exact minute or a 10mins time span for the morning pickup the day before the tour. It is always approximately 7:00-7:20am.
